Service Description

Settle in for an hour of deep rest as sound and Reiki are offered simultaneously. While Jenni creates an immersive landscape of crystal bowls, chimes and vibration, Stevie will move throughout the room offering individual Reiki to each guest. The soothing rhythm and vibration of sound invite the mind to quiet and the body to soften, creating space to slow down, turn inward and simply receive. Reiki adds another layer to the experience through gentle, intentional energy work intended to support relaxation, balance and a sense of connection within. Together, sound and Reiki create a deeply restorative experience—an opportunity to release some of what you’ve been carrying, settle your nervous system, and leave feeling a little lighter, quieter and more grounded. No movement. No effort. Nothing to accomplish. Just an hour to lie down, get cozy and receive.
